After 40 years of health care experience including tenure with Kaiser/Permanente, Sutter Health and 30 years as a strategic planning and marketing consultant, Lynne retired in early 2020. She has worked with hospitals, health systems, medical groups, Organ Procurement Organizations and Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers all over North America to define, measure, and evaluate the perception of quality among patients, employees, physicians, and the community. Lynne is the author of several books and many journal articles. Her newest book is Taking Conversations from Difficult to Doable: Three Models to Master Tough Conversations.

Lynne and her husband Glen live in Granite Bay and also have a condo in Tucson. They enjoy seeing our wonderful country up close whether they are hiking or cross-country skiing.
