Jennifer Lee is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elim Care, Inc., a health care services company specializing in the management of patients afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. Throughout her 28-year career in health, Jennifer has served well over 1,500 patients and families, and she continues to support multiple new families every day. Since 1993, Jennifer has dedicated her life to community service organizations in the areas of elder advocacy, youth education, Alzheimer’s disease and cancer research, university scholarship fundraising, and Christian outreach programs. She has served on the board of directors for nonprofit organizations such as the Northern California Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center, and Kristi Yamaguchi’s Always Dream Foundation. She also has served as a member of the Cornell University Parent Committee. Jennifer was recently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Kristi Yamaguchi’s Always Dream Foundation and has been with ADF since 2005. Jennifer has always felt the need to advocate for those in our community who cannot speak, defend, and support themselves - whether due to age, mental/physical challenges, economic limitations, family complications, or other conditions placing individuals at a disadvantage in our society. She is committed to helping raise the needed funds to support those organizations focusing on youth education and aged populations and works hands-on with children and the elderly alike in helping them attain the opportunities, quality, respect and dignity of life that they so deserve.
